Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in your purchase from The Card Armada. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Sealed Trading Card Products

Sealed products such as booster packs, booster boxes, starter decks, and collection boxes may be returned only if they remain unopened and in their original factory seal.

Items that have had their shrink wrap removed, broken, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Opened Sealed Products

Due to the nature of trading card products, opened sealed items cannot be returned or refunded.

Once a sealed product has been opened, it cannot be returned unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Singles and Graded Cards

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if an item is received damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Process

Please contact us at support@thecardarmada.com.au before sending any return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Tampering and Fraud Protection

The Card Armada reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds on products that show signs of tampering, resealing, alteration, or misuse. Any attempt to return opened or altered sealed products may be declined.
